To the eye Extra Age Brut is a vibrant straw yellow colour with fi nebubbles. Aromas of fi g winter pear and honey on the nose are combined with bready notes reminiscent of French pastries. On the palate it is full bodied and complex with a fi nale offi nesse and freshness.
