The Cask Aged Gin once again sees the classic Durham Gin rested in American Bourbon and Spanish Sherry casks but this time for almost 18 months! The 3 casks produced just over 1,000 bottles and have given the liquid a wonderfully richness of colour and amazing depth of flavour, Presentation in a gift tube.

In resting Durham Gin in two complimentary aged oak casks - American Bourbon and Spanish Sherry - they have introduced a 'cask expression' to the hand crafted spirit. Complexity is added, through fruity and honeyed depths, with subtle vanilla and citrus top notes.

American Bourbon - Vanilla bean, caramel and oak

Spanish Sherry - Spicy with sweet fruit, honey and orange peel
