This Classic Asti is produced in limited quantities. Unique in its league, this sparkling wine is obtained with a second fermentation and bottle refining in the historical cellars of Canelli.  The experienced master winemakers make the most of the excellent terroir to create this special Asti DOCG Sparkling wine which aged for at least 24 months is extremely well structured and balanced. IT tastes Sweet, with a fineness on the palate which is never too sweet.
