100% Tempranillo grapes from vineyards in Cenicero.

Elaboration

Classical vinification with destalked, crushed grapes, using new fermentation technology, with a long maceration period in order to achieve greater extaction.

Aging

Aged for 18 months in new American oak casks with appropriately-timed rackings. Aged in the bottle for at least 6 motnhs before being put on the market.

From a sensorial point of view, Monte Real Crianza follows the style demanded by today´s consumers: more colour, more fruity and more potency.
