The Wine :-

South Africa produces some of the world’s finest sparkling wines. Endowed with progressive winemaking skills and meticulously incorporating the Methode de Traditional process to ensure an authentic double fermented sparkling wine of the finest quality.

Once bottled, the bottles are fermented and matured horizontally in cool, dark cellars for a minimum of twelve months. Our vintage wines stay on the lees to ensure much longer yeast contact time, depending on the style, vintage and special harvests.

After riddling and disgorging, DC wines are left to mature on the cork for some time, to ensure integration and balance. This commitment to quality is evident in your glass every time a Diamant Classique cork is popped.

For Cuvée Royale only the first most delicate pressing is used. A delicate Blanc de Blancs with exquisite balance between the primary fruit and the complexity of slow evolution.
