Jules Fillon, with the help of his wife, Camille and their son Louis, who, at the beginning of the 20th century, began to produce wine in order to commercialize it.  Today, the Fillon estate has 35 hectares of vines including Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Sauvignon and Aligote.
