Pale yellow colour, clean and brilliant. In the nose, notes of peach and pineapple stand out. In the mouth, it is fresh with crisp acidity. Powerful fruit and intense finish.  After gentle pressing, the must is debourbaged and transferred to stainless steel tanks for fermentation at a controlled temperature between 14 and 18 °C. Traditional Macabeu with Chardonnay from the highest areas in Conca de Barberà.
