Straw yellow colour with amber tonalities, highly intense and very persistent aroma, notes of fruit and smoke, in the mouth it is round, broad, silky and elegant.

• The grapes are fermented in new French oak barrels of various origins: Nevers, Tronçais, Allier, and the malolactic fermentation is carried out in the same new barrels
• The wine remain in the French oak barrels for 3 to 4 months before bottling
• Production is limited to just 20,000 bottles a year, making this a truly special must have Chardonnay white wine for special occasions
• Made from 100% Chardonnay grape varietal, natural clarification and vegan
• Combines perfectly with Cured cheese, chicken, stew fish and seafood, meat with sauce and species, mushrooms, artichokes, toasted flavors, broths and white sauces

Fermentation/Ageing The grapes, without added sulfur, ferment in new French oak barrels of diverse origins: Nevers, Troncais, Allier, the malolactic fermentation then takes place in the same barrels, where the wine is stored between 3 & 4 months before bottling
