he Chardonnay was harvested on mature vines of 16 years old. Grapes were harvested between 12.5 - 13 Be. On the nose this has aromas of green apple and pear. Upfront tropical fruit dominates the palate with some lingering white peach flavours. The mouthfeel is crisp and fresh with a lingering finish.
