Crafted with care, the grapes used to make CLOS MONTBLANC Unic Chardonnay are fermented in new French oak barrels of various origins, including Nevers, Troncais, and Allier. The malolactic fermentation also takes place in these barrels, adding depth and complexity to the wine. The wine is then aged in French oak barrels for 3 to 4 months before bottling, allowing the flavors to develop and mature.
