ELABORATION

We want to highlight  the 6 years of aging of this wine in barrel and bottle  inside our centuries-old caves. This wine  is only made in exceptional vintages.  The process of an artisanal and laborious harvest in boxes, allows us to offer you the grape in perfect condition and with all its aromas.

Aging for 36 months in oak barrels from 4 origins, takes place in the stillness of our cave with traditional racking at a temperature of 12ºC and 85% humidity. It ends with another 36 months of aging in the bottle.
