To ensure no charges are incurred by recipients upon the gift being delivered. A supplementary charge is needed. Presently, this charge amounts to 30% of the total value of the goods included in the order
Please note that some items in our catalogue are not suitable for shipment into the EU. These items fall outside of the UK-EU Free Trade Agreement and would require additional taxes and paperwork to be cleared into Netherlands. If you have ordered an item that falls outside of the Free Trade Agreement, a member of our staff will contact you to discuss your options for delivery.
As an alternative we also have partners in Netherlands which means we can still arrange some gifts we can’t ship into Netherlands. For these orders we need you to contact us as each order needs to be dealt with differently.
