Chapel Down Three Graces is made from fruit sourced from vineyards in Kent, Essex, East Sussex and Dorest. Grapes are grown predominantly on single and double guyot pruning systems, on chalk and clay soils. This blend of three great grape varieties is rich and generous with a nose of ripe apple, fresh red berries and toasted brioche. Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier – and is aged for three years before release. The estate use only the purest fraction of juice to create a complex wine showcasing just how good Vintage English Sparkling can be. Expect ripe apple, red berry sorbet, toasted brioche, cream, orchard blossom, pear frangipane tart and crusty baguette drizzled with honey. Effortlessly classy and incredible value for something so impressive.
Established in 1977, Chapel Down is one of England’s leading and largest wine producers and the winner of countless international awards.
