From Cloudy Bay Vineyards in Marlborough's Wairau Valley, Pelorus Vintage is made in the style of Champagne, by the same production method, from the free-run juice of hand-picked grapes. With 3 years of lees-ageing, this really is a match for any Champagne. Aromas of apple and citrus fruit, with baked bread, brioche and nutty characters. A full, creamy mid palate that leads in to an elegant long finish.
