Below this iconic backdrop soar three of Scotland’s rare large birds – the majestic white-tailed eagle, the unmistakable curlew, and the rapid eider duck.

The nose is mellow and rounded with a dry smokiness and sweet raisins.
The palate is velvety smooth with an explosion of hazelnuts, honey, rose petal, orange and sherry, before aromatic smoke, tobacco leaf, sandalwood and dark chocolate emerge.
The finish is long and satisfying with rich notes of smoke, pepper and spice.
